Hello, my name is Scout Magill and I have been a riding instructor here at Hayden Acres for the past few years, with a passion for helping young and older riders grow, both in and out of the saddle. I have 15+ years experience to offer-from barrels, cow work, training from the ground up and more.
I believe in challenging folks to step up, work hard, and respect the horses they ride. I know that learning isn't always easy, but with a little grit and determination, you not only become better riders, you can discover your own strengths and perseverance.

I’ve been riding horses since I was two years old and have been training my own horses for the past five years. I’ve competed in Arizona Junior Rodeo and Arizona High School Rodeo, and have placed in many open races, winning several events. My experience spans multiple rodeo disciplines, and I’ve competed in some of the biggest barrel races across the state. With a strong foundation and a love for horsemanship, I’m confident teaching riders from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels.”

Hi! name is Rielly Bralley and i’m a college rodeo athlete for Central Arizona College. I have been riding horses since I was little, but recently became a competitor in 2020. I have been teaching lessons on and off for many years, and I adore watching kids and adults have that “a-ha” moment when everything clicks. I have experience and training in barrels and poles, and have a little bit of experience with goat tying. I teach anyone from beginners to advanced riders looking to fine tune themselves. My style of teaching is “pushing past your comfort zone” while keeping safety and comfortability in mind. I love slowly chipping away at big goals with my students, and love watching people succeed!

Howdy! I'm an Army veteran and a Nebraska native. I've lived in AZ since 2012, and I am still not acclimated to the summers! I am a homeschooling mom of six incredible children and wife to an amazing husband. I am a lifelong equestrian with over 20 years of riding experience. My background includes competing in 4-H in western and english events, high school rodeo, and amateur rodeos in events such as breakaway roping, team roping, barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. I also have extensive trail riding experience and currently train for trail obstaclr challenges, endurance riding, and practice liberty work with my horses. As a mother, I deeply understand the importance of safety while helping children build confidence, independence, and a meaningful connection with horses. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where riders of all levels can grow—whether they aspire to compete, simply enjoy riding, or benefit from the therapeutic bond these incredible animals offer. I am passionate about helping each rider develop not only skills, but a lifelong love for horses.
